Interaction with tenants, negotiating, participating in meetings with customers, participation in audits of state control bodies. Preparation and submission of accounting documentation, commercial offers and customer Tenants.

Organization of interaction with the customer and other services of the business center in the light of the implementation of maintenance and control of engineering systems of the facility.

Interaction with the bodies of state control in the light of the technical operation issues Ing object systems, the organization of measures to ensure the reliability of the systems engineer, comply with safety requirements (including electrical) systems in operation Ing.
